DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit of $150 is required to book new appointments and projects.

ALL DESPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND NONTRANSFERABLE

Once your project has been accepted, you will be given instruction via email on how to submit your deposit to book.

CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOW / LAST MINUTE RESCHEDULE

If you cancel your appointment at any time, do no show up for your appointment, or attempt to reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours hrs prior to your scheduled date, you will forfeit you deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

RESCHEDULE

If you ask to reschedule more than 48 hours prior to your appointment, but do not select a new appointment date within a reasonable amount of time, you will forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

If notice of reschedule is given more than 48 hours prior to your appointment, and a new date is selected and agreed upon within a reasonable amount of time, your reschedule request will be accommodated.

SUBJECT MATTER CHANGE

If you book a project and then decide you want something vastly different from what was agree upon at booking, you may forfeit your deposit unless Matt agrees to the new project.

ALL DEPOSITS WILL GO TOWARDS THE FINAL COST OF THE TATTOO ON THE FINAL SESSION.
